DRA INDRI MAKKI GRADUATED AS PSYCHOLOGIST FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA IN 1968. HER 26 YEARS SPAN OF WORK IN UNILEVER INDONESIA STARTED AS A MARKET RESEARCHER, AND LATER TO MARKETING MANAGEMENT AND ADVERTISING DEPARTMENT. THIS PROVIDED HER WITH VALUABLE EXPOSURE TO RESEARCH, MARKETING AND ADVERTISING.
Many of the stated interdisciplinary operations and principles are applied in United Kingdom, Holland, Germany, India, and Australia to name a few. Her strength is naturally that of experience in various disciplines, and in her last bout in Unilever she was in charge of overseeing the transfer to Computerisation in Unilever (IT). In her spare time she was member of the board of all Strada Catholic schools for about 15 years.
Indri has been MakkiMakki’s strategic consultant since 1994 and spearheaded the BrandDiagnostiX™ methodology as a base for competitive branding development.
